The amount of scrolling needed for tOLP2's notes in unbelievable
« on: 19 Apr 2016, 21:15 (7 years and 7 months ago) »
The little scroll bar on the side should be able to be dragged instead just use of the scroll wheel, which gets extremely tiring.
Not only that, but getting the actual cursor that's used to type to the bottom takes way too fucking long. Maybe make its position be at the top of the VISIBLE screen when you hit "edit," Or have it go wherever you click.

Yeah, usable scrollbars and clicking to move the cursor would be really great

Since β1 you can use PageUp and PageDown, but making the scroll bar work is planned!

As of b11, you can click and drag the scroll bar! Now all that's needed is a feature to click to put the cursor on that line (same for the script editor)

As of 1.2.0, you can finally click to move the cursor in the level notes editor and in the scripting editor!

Is this a "we want more" or is this a request to get your money back?

I for one demand a full refund, I'm pretty sure this whole thing was a scam

I'm on team "we want more" - I see no reason to use this "Ved" garbage until it fully supports middle-click scrolling.

I’d like actually useful features, because the UI isn’t the biggest problem.

How about actually finishing the diff feature instead of adding more UI or whatever?

Unless you dislike Lua so much you refuse to program anything in it.

You can already ctrl+F in scripts, but searching in level notes will be added at some point.

Well middle click scrolling was really easy to add (and it makes the UI more comfortable to use so it's not completely useless). Better diff would be nice, but I don't really have the motivation to do that, so help would be appreciated (if you want, see the function compareleveldifferences in func.lua).
